So are those beautiful kids out there, who need us most.

From Beth this beautiful blanket,

I love the colours in this one, also from Beth.

Another one of Beth's afghans for 360 KIDS. Gorgeous.

And from Kathy, two beautiful hats,

And of course, the next three jackets are from Kathy, Self striping yarn.

Gorgeous Jackets Kathy!!

Some kid is going to love the colourful in this blankets Marg. Beautiful.

More hat and cowl sets from Sally. All wool.

Another pattern i found and it is so easy and takes a one pound ball of yarn to make.

This one i used chunky yarn and HDC in the back loop only, through out the blanket. Great pattern and works up fast.

Here is Toni, working on her loom, making a twin size blanket for her grand son.Looks great Toni!
Thank to you all and happy crafting.

MARKHAM MARCH MEETING

Well we are still in a deep freeze and I don't think this is going to let up soon.
So we will be working on lots of winter project Like blankets, hat and scarf sets, cowls, neck warmers and mitts.  This year I think we will need a lot of blankets for all ages. Each of the charities we donate to, need about 75 blankets for the number of people that come through for help. So lets see if we can make this happen. That will be amazing!

From a friend of Liz donated the hats and yarn to knit up scarves to go with. Great job!

Liz called this blanket egg yoke. Some baby would love it.

Madge knitted some hats, mitts and scarves from some beautiful wool that was donated to us. Beautiful job Madge

I also worked on some scarves for hats from Liz'z friend and a couple of sets I used chunky yarn for.
Thought i would make a blanket using the camel stitch, looks good and it is very soft.
Keep up the good work Ladies. Many many thanks!
