MARKHAM MEETING

We are still hoping to see some new faces at both the Markham and Stouffville meetings. Please contact Sally at castingoffthecold@gmail.com for more info about our group. Also we need Chemo hats light weight and very soft yarn is best to use for these hats. we need lots for a few hospitals all year round. You can find patterns on line and there are some lovely patterns that you can run a scarf trough to make it different. All you have to do is Google chemo hats and they will all pop up.

It was a great turn out at the Markham meeting and lots of great stuff.
Here are a few cowls knitted using some fun yarn.

Liz's dish cloths for Pathways.

And this beautiful baby cardigan.

From Christine hat and scarf sets for the little ones. Lovely colours.

And a baby blanket, very soft colours.

It is amazing what you can do with all those small balls of left over yarn. Looks great Christine.

From the Cedarcrest Manor Senior Knitting Group. Lots of baby hats,

and they did not forget the older ones. All adorable.

A few scarves,
Beautiful blanket,

I love this,

and another blanket. They are all from the seniors group.

June a new member knitted this lovely blanket

and some preemie hats to go with.

This Poncho turned out great Nayana.

and a couple of hats.

Also a baby blanket, she used the pebble stitch for this one.

And from Siobhan, her famous hat/scarf. She does a great job making these. I am hoping she will make some more.
Well Ladies, you have all done it again, keep up the good work.
